Steel Strand Pre-Stressed Concrete, scientifically known as PC Strand, includes seven steel pre-stressed wire strands, one strand as core and six strands are woven in a determined direction in similar scales.
In Khansar Pre-Tension Industries Company, PC Strands are produced in three common diameters including 0.6”, 0.5” and 3.8” in two following forms:

- Unbonded made of high density polyethylene;
Of the most important characteristics of PC Strand are high strength and low relaxation in order to be used in pre-tension concrete structures.

PC Strands are mostly used in precast concrete and common projects like bridges, silos, marine structures, oil, water and gas reservoirs, water transmission pipes, pre-stressed ceilings, anchoring, hollow core slabs, railway traverses, beams and T slabs in construction, etc.
